2 - Movement

Movement:
Each Day during DECIDE, you can move to a District up to 3 spaces away on the map.

Movement Limitations

Only 1 Thief can be in a District at a time.

You can only move to Districts of Factions that you have a Permit for.
(Permits are traded during PARLEY.)

The center circle District of Ercavica, The Fighting Pits, are collapsed and under construction by a minor Dwarven guild. It cannot be moved through.

Special Movement

Special Movements are still subject to the Movement Limitations.

You pay for Special Movements during DECIDE as you point to the District you want to move to and reveal any relevant Permits.

The Navy (House Sorona)

If you are in a District that is touching water, you may hire The Navy to transport you to another District that is touching water instead of your normal Movement.

This costs 4 Gold, unless you are in House Sorona in which case it costs 2 Gold.

The Portals (Weaver's Guild)

You may hire a Weaver's Guild Portal to transport you from your location to any District in the city instead of your normal Movement.

This costs 6 Gold, unless you in the Weaver's Guild in which case it costs 4 Gold.
